This airplane was manufactured at Lockheed in 1974 and acquired by the Marine Corps on October 01, 1975.  This airplane is assigned to VMGR-152.  This airplane is in storage at AMARC, and it was noted that this occurred sometime in 2006.

March 18th 2006

160014 Was broke in Thailand for a possible bad Pitch Lock Regulator, so a rescue mission was sent, Sgt. Moore at Cpl. Stinar from VMGR-152 Powerline flew to thailand on aircraft 147573. It was in fact a bad Pitch Lock Regulator so we replaced it and flew 014 back home while 573 stayed because it had a bad nose wheel tire.
